We use a variety of delivery carriers to provide the best and most convenient delivery experience depending on the destination country. We always aim to ship out your order as soon as possible - even targeting same-day shipping if timing and circumstance allows - so you can receive your order as quickly as possible. However, as a rule of thumb, we'd like you to keep a full day of order processing time in mind, as we can sometimes only ship out orders the following day.

The (reduced) cost of shipping within Switzerland is CHF 6. Free shipping within Switzerland is offered from an order value above CHF 50 (A-Post - usually next day delivery once sent out).
The cost of shipping within The Netherlands is CHF 6 (~ €5,55). Free shipping within The Netherlands is offered from an order value above €50 (PostNL & DPD - usually next day delivery once sent out). The next shipping window within The Netherlands is November 3rd-7th, 2021.
The (reduced) cost of shipping within Europe (excl. NL) is CHF 9 (~ €8,30). Free shipping within EU is offered from an order value above €50 (DPD & DHL - takes 2-7 days on average depending on which country [contact us for more infos if you need them!]).
Unfortunately, our logistics partners have changed their delivery conditions to North America, so we currently cannot offer free shipping to the USA and Canada. We are able to ship your order using the Swiss post and their partner services at a cost of ~ CHF 30-80 per order, depending on the order volume.
Since packages to territories other than the ones listed above require special attention, we kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail at email@example.com to complete your order so we can assist you through the process!
All products may be returned if unopened and in their original state within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for all further assistance with returns. Any incurred costs for return shipping are to be born by the customer. Please do not return any items before contacting us and receiving your returns number as we will not be able to process unmarked returns.
