Bio Fermented Kampot Pepper
Fermented Kampot Pepper is unlike any other pepper you know. The aromatic fermentation leaves the pepper kernals soft and fruity, it is laid in sea salt to preserve its flavor. The kernals shouldn't be used in a pepper mill, but rather gently broken up with a mortar and pestle or left whole to allow the flavor explosion to unfold in your mouth.
It's a gorgeous addition to sauces and is a favorite of foodies far and wide. The spiciness level is about 1.5 out of 5.
