Ras el Hanout is a famous spice mixture from Northern Africa, especially the Morroccan and Tunesian kitchens. It is an intense yet balanced mixutre of aromas that is gorgeous with couscous and rice dishes - critical of course to an authentic Tagine. One of Ottolenghi's favorites.

Ingredients (all organic): coriander seeds, cumin, curcuma, black pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, fennel seeds, piment pepper, Kubeben pepper, cardamom, nutmeg blossoms, rose blossoms, galgant, cloves, black cumin and bay leaf
