Bio Purple Curry

Naturally pink-purple from the freshly ground hibiscus blossoms, this is a mild curry that is full of flavor and is just waiting to be paired with a coconut milk and your favorite curry veggies. It's highly recommended to add the curry powder at the end to preserve its color as hibiscus' natural brightness fades with cooking.
